Do I get a warranty on the windows?
Yes, we offer a standard 10-year full factory warranty on PVC profiles, colour fastness, double and triple insulation glass and window hardware. All our products carry the CE mark and comply with all strict European standards.
What is the average delivery time?
Because we control production in-house and deliver directly, we achieve a fast delivery time of approximately 4 to 5 weeks on standard orders (white, cream and standard woodgrain foils). Custom foils and special sliding doors have an indicative delivery time of 5 to 7 weeks.
