• Processing your quote request or order
• Creating and sending quotes
• Answering your questions via the contact form
• Sending a one-time verification code (OTP) for quote acceptance
• Improving our website and services
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Legal bases

We process your data based on:

• Performance of a contract: necessary for creating quotes and processing orders
• Legitimate interest: improving our services
• Legal obligation: retention of financial records

5. Retention period

We do not retain your data longer than necessary. Retention periods are:

• Quote data: maximum 2 years after the quote date
• Customer data (after order): 7 years (legal retention obligation)
• Contact form: maximum 1 year
• OTP codes: deleted immediately after verification

We only share your data with third parties when necessary for our services:

• Production partners: your configuration data is shared with our factory for production
• Transport companies: your address is shared for delivery
• Email provider: for sending quotes and OTP codes

We never sell your data to third parties.

11. International transfers

Your configuration data is shared with our production facility in Poland (Filplast Sp. z o.o.) for the purpose of producing your order. Poland is an EU member state; the transfer takes place within the European Economic Area and is therefore compliant with the GDPR.
